Frequently Asked Questions

Having your NDIS plan ‘Plan Managed’ is easy. At your NDIS planning meeting, your LAC or NDIA planner will ask you how you would like your NDIS funding to be managed. Let them know you would like your NDIS Plan to be Plan Managed and then give us a call on 0418 305 052 / 0473 038 784 and we’ll get you started.
You have the right to have a Plan Manager that suits you, your needs and your goals. Should you find yourself in a situation where you would like to change Plan Managers, you can do so at any time.
If you’d like to switch to CPS Choice Plan Services, it’s simple as giving us a call to let us know you would like to transition to us, and we will guide you through the rest of the process.
