Plan Management is a service funded through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and if included in your NDIS Plan there is no additional cost to the participant.  Plan Management assists and supports NDIS Participants to manage their NDIS funding. Plan Managed participants can engage services from registered or unregistered providers.
CPS Choice Plan Services is dedicated, focused and committed to all our NDIS Participants in Southwest Victoria along the Great Ocean Road. Servicing Hobart, Tasmania we provide specialised NDIS Plan Management services whilst delivering a personalised experience.

Having your NDIS plan ‘Plan Managed’ is easy. At your NDIS planning meeting, your LAC or NDIA planner will ask you how you would like your NDIS funding to be managed. Let them know you would like your NDIS Plan to be Plan Managed and then give us a call on 0418 305 052 / 0427 092 031 and we’ll get you started.
You have the right to have a Plan Manager that suits you, your needs and your goals. Should you find yourself in a situation where you would like to change Plan Managers, you can do so at any time.

Plan Management/Financial Intermediary gives Participants more flexibility. CPS are able to pay both NDIS registered and non-registered service providers, so you can choose the supports that work for you.
 
CPS also understands that many families are extremely busy, and a day time appointment is difficult to attend. Evening appointments are also available to help take the stress out of navigating the NDIS process.
